Syllabus
<p>Ini-ants. Contracts. Frauds. Estoppel. False representations as to age.</p> <p>An infant representing himself to be adult, his appearance not contradicting him, and thereby enabling himself to enter into a contract and enjoy its benefits, the party dealing with him believing him to be adult, will be estopped to plead infancy at the time of the execution of the contract as a bar to its enforcement.</p>
