<p>The provision in the igw of October 16, 1889, of the State of Georgia, (“Laws of Georgia, 1889, hfo. 399, p. 29,) distributing for taxation purposes the rolling stock 'and other unlocated personal property of a railway .company, to and for the benefit of the counties traversed by the railroad, docs not violate the provision in the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution , that no State shall deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of .its laws.</p>
