Syllabus

<p>Contract. Writing. Parol evidence to vary. Sales.</p> <p>In a suit for the price of goods sold upon a written contract, parol evidence of a promise by the seller to do something in relation to the transaction made before the contract was entered into and not expressed therein, is inadmissible where the contract was not procured by fraud.</p>
