Syllabus

<p>Judgment — Opening judgment — Discretion of court — Conflict of testimony.</p> <p>A rule to open a judgment is an equitable proceeding addressed to the sound discretion of the court below.</p> <p>The refusal to open a judgment will not be reviewed by the appellate court merely because there is a conflict of testimony between the plaintiff and defendant.</p>
