Syllabus

In view of the language of the divorce decree, the trial court erred in allocating to appellee the gains or losses on the retirement assets accruing after a date specified in the decree. Because our decision alters the circumstances of this matter, the issue of appellee's request for attorney fees must be remanded for further consideration by the trial court. Judgment reversed cause remanded.
