Syllabus

<p>Gambling contract—purchase of grain for future delivery. Where wheat is, in fact, purchased by the plaintiff for the defendant, upon contract between them, the fact that it is to be delivered at a future day does not bring the transaction within the prohibition of the statute in relation to gambling contracts.</p>
