Syllabus

<p>When one is brought before a justice on a warrant issued on an information for larceny, which information is read aloud in the defendant’s hearing and he pleads guilty to the charge and is sentenced by the justice, the county of the trial is chargeable for the costs of prosecution, but not for the costs of a subpoena issued for the defendant.</p>
