<p>Action by corporation — Against executor or administrator — Adverse parties — Corporation manager not disqualified to testify, when — Section 5242, Revised Statutes. ■</p> <p>111 an action by a corporation against an executor or administrator, the general manager of the corporation is not, by Section 5242, Revised Statutes, which provides that a party shall not testify where the adverse party is an executor or administrator excepting' to facts that occurred subsequently to the death of the decedent, disqualified to testify to facts occurring before the death of such decedent.</p>
