Syllabus

<p>Receivers — Compensation and Allowances — Unnecessary Costs. Where a receiver, on final accounting, is allowed a liberal compensation, it is his duty to pay over the balance to the creditors, and he will not be allowed further compensation and costs upon prosecuting a groundless appeal to the supreme court solely in his own interests.</p>
