Demolition costs collection piercing-the-corporate-veil theory satisfaction of judgment moot. Appeal dismissed as moot. Defendant-appellant failed to obtain a stay of execution of the judgment. Plaintiff-appellee obtained judgment against defendant-appellant under a piercing-the-corporate-veil theory of liability for demolition costs of a building on property owned by a corporate entity of which defendant-appellant was the sole officer and shareholder. During the pendency of the appeal, the plaintiff-appellee city obtained satisfaction of the judgment through garnishment of defendant-appellant's wages and personal earnings. Defendant-appellant did not seek to stay execution of the judgment, and the judgment was voluntarily satisfied, rendering moot the appeal from the judgment.
