Syllabus

On the authority of State ex rel. Valley Roofing, L.L.C. v. Ohio Bur. of Workers' Comp., 122 Ohio St.3d 275, 2009-Ohio-2684, we conclude that the trial court did not err in reversing a decision of the Ohio Unemployment Compensation Review Commission finding that appellee is a successor in interest pursuant to R.C. 4141.24(F). Judgment affirmed.
