<p>Easements. Right of way held to give neither party privilege to close same 6y gate.</p> <p>The mere right of abutting landowners to use a thirteen-foot passageway for ingress and egress purposes gives neither one the privilege to close the passageway by a gate, and where it is not shown that gates across it were erected and maintained adversely and continuously for statutory period, no right to obstruct the passageway was acquired, and it must remain open for free use by abutting owners.</p>
