Syllabus
<p>Probate Courts — Jurisdiction—Verity of Judgments and Orders: in Matters op Probate and Appointment op Guardians.'</p> <p>1. Under the provisions of section 21, article 5 of the state constitution, probate courts are made courts of record, and are given original jurisdiction in all matters of probate, settlement of estate, of deceased persons, and appointment of guardians, and their orders and judgment in regard to those matters, cannot be-attacked collaterally.</p> <p>2. The remedy for one aggrieved by an order or judgment by a probate court in said matters is in said court by proper motion or by appeal.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the court.)</p>
