<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>1. Where separate cases are consolidated for trial purposes only, by order of the court, and -separate judgments are rendered in each case, those several judgments cannot be reviewed in a single appeal or' writ of error.</p> <p>P. 370</p> <p>2.
