Syllabus
Attorney fees; reasonableness; breach of contract; Civ.R. 56(C); summary judgment; de novo review; new arguments; waived; App. 16(A)(7); App. 12(A)(2); locale; evidence. Judgment affirmed. The trial court did not err by granting summary judgment in favor of appellee on a request for attorney fees. Appellee set forth sufficient Civ.R. 56(C) evidence to establish that the rates and hours charged were reasonable. Appellant failed to set forth any Civ.R. 56(C) evidence to establish that a genuine issue of material fact remained to be litigated on the reasonableness of attorney fees charged by appellee.
