Constitution 1890, sec. 104.</p> <p>Independently of Constitution 1890, sec. 104, providing that statutes of limitation shall not run against municipal corporations, municipalities do not lose the right to have obstructions removed from streets by adverse oecupany thereof for any length of time.</p> <p>2.
