<p>Supreme Court—jurisdiction of appeals. This court has no jurisdiction of an appeal from the judgment of a circuit court in an action of debt to recover a penalty for the violation of an ordinance, which is allowed and taken since the law creating the Appellate courts went into effect, and if taken to this court it will be stricken from the docket, each party to pay his own costs.</p>
