Fresh Meats — Beef—Cities and Towns — License—Market Houses — Stallage Fees. — Under act, 22 Stat., 91, any citizen who produces or grows any fresh beef, &c., or any farmer or stock-raiser, may sell or offer for sale any fresh beef, &c., in a city or town without paying license or stallage fees.</p>
