<p>STREET RAILWAYS.</p> <p>Passenger cannot Recover eor Injuries Sustained While Attempting to Pass a Box and Basket in Aisle Deposited bt Other Passengers.</p> <p>A street railway company is not negligent in permitting passengers to carry packages and bundles into the cars; hence, a passenger cannot recover for injuries sustained in attempting to get by a basket and box placed in the aisle by other passengers, especially since the injured passenger made no request to the conductor or otherwise to have the obstructions removed.</p>
