Syllabus
<p>Lien on Thrashing Machine — Ownership op Machine. —Under the act of March 12, 1885, a person performing work on or about a thrashing machine, while engaged in thrashing, is entitled to a lien thereon to the extent of the value of his services, notwithstanding the person for whom the work was done was not the owner of the machine.</p>
