<p>Aliens (§ 32*) — Chinese Deportation Proceedings — Findings oe Fact — Review on Appeal.</p> <p>Where, in proceedings for the deportation of a Chinese person, his own evidence as to whether he was born in China or in the United States is conflicting, the finding of the commissioner, affirmed by the District Court, that he was not born in the United States, will not be reviewed by an appellate court.</p> <p>[Ed.
