Syllabus

<p>Injuries received by a coal miner having been caused proximately by his own negligence, his right of action against the mine-owner therefor, is not supported by proof of the defendant’s violation of the provisions of the mining act of June 30, 1885, P. L. 205, when the violations in no way proximately caused or contributed to the injuries.</p>
