<p>Syllabus.</p> <p>On Rule Against Clerk.</p> <p>It is the duty of the clerk of this Court to deliver a copy of any final judgment of this Court to every person requiring it.</p> <p>But the clerk must retain possession and control of the record itself until the delays for petitioning for a certiorari have expired.</p>
