<p>Claim against County—Physician’s Services on Post Mortem Examina- • tion—Board of Supervisors.—The claim of the plaintiff (a physician), certified hy the coroner, for “making a trip from Petaluma to Timber Grove and making a post mortem examination on the body of William Johnson and taking the stomach of said deceased to San Erancisco for analysis”—was presented to the Board of Supervisors, and the Board refused to consider the claim on the ground among others that it did not give all the items as required by Section 4072 Political Code.</p> <p>Held, that the objection was well taken and mandamus would not lie to compel the Board to consider the same.</p>
