<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>1. Tax sales made under the provisions of chapter 22 of the Laws of 1899 may he attacked only on the ground that the land was not subject to taxation or that the taxes had been paid. P. 376</p> <p>2. Alhough chapter 22 of the Laws of 1899 was repealed by chapter 84 of the Laws of 1913, the curative provisions of the former act continue in effect as to sales made under it. P. 377</p>
