<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>Under our Code practice, in actions in ejectment under section 3464, Code 1915, it is sufficient as a general rule to deny the plaintiff’s title, and under! such denial, evidence of any matters having a tendency to show that the plaintiff was not vested with the title or right of possession at the time of the commencement of the action is admissible.</p>
