<p>Practice in Supreme Court — when error will not reverse. Although an instruction may be faulty in directing the attention of the jury and giving undue prominence to a certain sale of other property in the vicinity of land sought to be condemned, on the assessment of the damages, yet, when the verdict and judgment are just and fully warranted by the evidence as to the damages found, the judgment will not be reversed.</p>
