<p>Principal and Surety. Action on surety bond. Evidence.</p> <p>In an action by a portrait company on a bond of its district manager given for the faithful performance of his contract, plaintiff made out a prima-facie case for recovery when it showed the balance due from the manager and no extension of time without the consent of the sureties or other action releasing them from the bond.</p>
