<p>Pbactice in Stjpbeme Coubt—bill of exceptions—presumption as to-evidence. Where a bill of exceptions does not show that it contains all the evidence introduced on the trial of a cause, it will be presumed, im support of the judgment of the trial court, that there was all the evidence necessary to justify the judgment rendered.</p>
