Syllabus

<p>SYLLABUS.</p> <p>• 1. On appeals an appellate court will only consider points which were directly decided in the lower court and on which exceptions were based, except those which relate to jurisdiction, etc.</p> <p>2. An appellate court will only decide questions affecting litigants who axe before it, and parties who do not appeal, or join in an appeal will not be heard to allege error.</p> <p>, 3. A party to an action who does not appeal is presumed to be satisfied with the judgment rendered by the court below.</p>
