<p>SYLLABUS.</p> <p>An order of tlie District Court made in obedience to a mandate issued out of this court is not reviewable by appeal; and this court will not consider such an appeal only so far as is necessary to determine whether the order of the District Court follows the mandate, and if it is found to do so, the appeal will be dismissed.</p>
