Syllabus

<p>Equity — Easement—Waters—Findings of fact — Review.</p> <p>The grant of a fee subject to an easement carries with it the right to make any use of the servient soil that does not interfere with the easement.</p> <p>A decree dismissing a bill in equity for an injunction to restrain interference with an easement in a stream, will be affirmed, where the court below has found as a fact based on sufficient evidence that there was no substantial interference with the plaintiff’s easement.</p>
