L. No. 104-132, 110 Stat. 1214, 1277, and the Attorney General's ruling in Matter of Soriano, 21 I&N Dec. 516 (BIA 1996 A.G. 1997), an alien who is deportable as an aggravated felon is not eligible for section 212(c) relief.
