<p>Appeal — Keview—Findings. Findings upon conflicting evidence, supported by the testimony of many witnesses, will not be disturbed on appeal where the trial court had the advantage of seeing and hearing the witnesses.</p> <p>Evidence — Weight. Negative testimony which cannot be accounted for or explained away on the theory of mistake or lack of knowledge is entitled to the same consideration as other testimony.</p>
