<p>SURFACE WATER — DAMAGE TO ADJOINING PROPRIETOR BY OBSTRUCTING PLOW.</p> <p>The owner of land may erect dikes upon it to prevent the influx of surface water from the higher adjoining lands of his neighbor, and if such water is cheeked in its natural flow or drainage to the injury of his neighbor, it affords no cause of action.
