Syllabus
<p>Taxation—of farm land for municipal purposes. The owners of farming land within the limits of a city can not restrain the corporate authorities from levying and collecting taxes upon the same, although they or their lands derive no benefit by the improvements for which they are levied, the constitution requiring that all taxes shall be uniform in respect to persons and property within the jurisdiction of the body imposing them.</p>
