<p>Action to Set Aside a Sale Under Mortgage — Mortgagor and Mortgagee — Poiver of Sale — Death of Mortgagor— Notice to Heirs.</p> <p>1. A power coupled with an interest survives the life of the person giving it and may be executed after his death.</p> <p>2. The power of sale in a. mortgage is not afiected by the mortgagor’s death, and may be exercised without notice to his heirs.</p>
