<p>Limited partnership—Sale of business—Injunction—Act of June 2,1874.</p> <p>A preliminary injunction will be granted to restrain the managers of a limited partnership association, organized under the act of June 2, 1874, P. L. 271, from selling the entire business and property of the association without the consent of all the shareholders, at suit of one having a mere equity in the capital.</p>
