<p>1. Fraud. Absence of presumption. Quantum of evidence.</p> <p>Frauci will not be presumed, but must be clearly proved.</p> <p>2. Same. Exchange of lands. Ignorant negro overreached.</p> <p>' Tbe complainant being an ignorant and illiterate negro, an exchange of lands, made by him with tbe defendant, will be vacated where tbe difference in tbe value of tbe tracts was material and tbe trade was effected by tbe over-persuasion and unfairness of a white man, regarded and trusted by complainant as his ■ friend, but wbo was employed and paid by tbe defendant to negotiate tbe trade.</p>
