<p>Error to Jo Daviess.</p> <p>Promissory note — sribsequent endorser. A prior endorser of a promissory note cannot maintain an action thereon against a subsequent endorser, who has re-endorsed the note to him, unless there are peculiar circumstances attending the case, to make the latter liable.</p>
