Appellants Ajia Gamble and John Rice appeal the family court's grant of visitation to Respondents Carolyn Dendy and William Dendy. Appellants argue the family court erred in finding that Respondents were entitled to court-ordered visitation as de facto custodians and psychological parents of the minor child. They further argue the court erred by finding the \grandparent visitation\ statute warranted an award of visitation, and they claim the court erred by awarding attorney's fees to Respondents. We reverse.
