Separate property. — A creditor of the husband who, by vexatious proceedings and threats, prevented the payment of a note due the wife for purchase money of land, her separate estate (and which remained a lien on it), so that interest accumulates thereon, cannot subject the interest to the payment of the husband’s debt.</p> <p>8. Distinguished.— This case distinguished from Braden v. Gose, 57 Tex., 87.</p>
