Syllabus

<p>The city of Tallahassee has never been under obligation to take electric lighting from-.the Capital City Light and Fuel Company.</p> <p>There has been no impairment of any contract between the city and the plaintiff in error, or its predecessor, and the city has the right to avail itself of the privileges granted by .the acts of 1897 and 1899, so far as regards the electric lighting of the city.</p>
