Syllabus

<p>Appeal—Sufficiency of Evidence.—A Finding of the trial court based on conflicting evidence will not be reviewed on appeal.</p> <p>Appeal-—Harmless Error.—Exceptions Based upon the Rulings of the trial court as to the admission of testimony will not be considered on appeal, in the absence of anything to show that the appellant was prejudiced thereby.</p>
