Bankruptcy — Exemptions—Laws op South Carolina.</p> <p>A bankrupt in South Carolina, the laws of which state provide that a debtor shall not be entitled to k personal property exemption out of the property or the proceeds of property for which he has not paid the purchase money, cannot have the proceeds of merchandise for which he has not paid set apart to him as exempt.</p> <p>- Boyd, District Judge, dissenting, on the ground that it did not appear that the claims of the objecting creditors were for purchase money of the goods.</p>
