<p>Taxation — Mortgage—Township—Act of June 4, 1901, P. L. 364.</p> <p>A claim for taxes assessed and levied by a township subsequent to the passage of-the Act of June 4, 1901, P. L. 364, has no priority over a mortgage executed and recorded prior to the passage of the act, in the distribution of the proceeds of sale of real estate on levari facias.</p>
