Fraudubent Conveyances — Husband to Wipe — Presumptions— Evidence — Sueeiciency. There is sufficient evidence to sustain a finding that a conveyance from' a husband to a wife was fraudulent as to creditors, in view of Bal. Code, § 4580, raising such presumption and casting the burden on the wife to overcome the same by clear and satisfactory proof, where her testimony to the effect that the property was conveyed to her for the expressed consideration of $5,000 in payment of a note of $800 for money loaned by her to him, which money had been loaned to her sister before marriage, was contradicted by evidence tending to show admissions that she had given her money to another and lost it, and neither her sister or husband were called to testify.
