<p>Appeal — Bonds—Obligors. An appeal will be dismissed where the bond on appeal was given by one as principal who was not a party to the action, and conditioned that he would pay any judgment that might be rendered against him, and against whom no judgment could be rendered (Fullerton, J., dissenting).</p>
