QUESTIONS: May a person simultaneously serve as a Director of the Mono County Tri-Valley Groundwater Management District and as a Director of the White Mountain Fire Protection District? CONCLUSIONS: No. A person may not simultaneously serve as a Director of the Mono County Tri-Valley Groundwater Management District and as a Director of the White Mountain Fire Protection District because the two offices are legally incompatible under Government Code section 1099.
