<p>Appeals — Paper-books—Certificate of judge — Exception.</p> <p>An appeal will be quashed where the paper-book does not contain the judge’s certificate as to the evidence, or where it fails to show that an exception to the action of the court upon a motion for judgment non obstante veredicto was asked for or granted.</p>
